Skittles were formulated by a man who was named as Mr. Skittle. One day, he observed the showery sky of England, and witnessed a rainbow overarching his residence. His interest led him to imagine what a rainbow would taste like. Mr. Skittle started to experiment with a multitude of different flavored candies with the intention to taste the rainbow.
