Who invented the First iPod?

Kane Kramer of the United Kingdom is named as the inventor of the Digital Audio Player (DAP), named as the “IXI” in the year 1979. It was the initial structure of the iPod. But, technology giant Apple said the I-pod is his invention. Apple produce the iPod nowadays but some chips contained by iPods are made patent protected and fabricated in Britain and sold to Apple.
