Cheese was discovered by coincidence. It dates back to before the Roman Empire. Arabian people have written documents of their trades. They toured across the Middle, Far East and regions of Europe shipping lots of food items comprising milk that become cheese by the presence of desert heat and camels’ movements. Lots of civilizations had their individual editions of cheese, but didn’t contain written records of it.
